Lynx Heli Innovations has redesigned the standard 130 X plastic tail pitch slider, using a combination of aluminum alloy and low friction brass alloy.
Tail pitch slider is one of the most critical components in any helicopter tails, in order to assure the best performance; lightweight and accurate precision of the bearing and slide bushing was our focus during the design.
After intensive test, Lynx define the rotation system with double radial bearing and for the slide bushing we used a particular alloy material Brass based, specifically design for low friction bushing application.
Tail pitch slider factory assembly is supported with dedicated equipment and expert human attentions to assure maximum quality and repeatability.
Details and design, strength, durability, accurate CNC tolerances, finish, and most important lightweight, will increase and assure tail response and precision, flight after flight, adding top performance in your 130X.
