SC-Opto - Scorpion Opto-Coupler Cable

The Scorpion Opto-Coupler Cable is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the new Commander Series V speed controllers to send the phase tach output from the ESC to the tach input on flight control modules such as the Mikado V-Bar system.

This cable performs two important functions: Firts, it converts the voltage level of the signal down to a 3.3 volt level so it is compatible with the V-Bar system, and Second, it electrically isolates the grounds between the two systems to prevent ground loops, as well as filter out signal noise.
